THE STORY

There is an ancient map of the human body. Seven main energy centres, each holding a different story about who we are and how we move through the world. The chakra system isn’t a concept to study. It’s something you feel. And when you give it time, space, and the magic of Thailand, it has a way of rearranging everything.

This is our signature annual retreat, and it is anything but ordinary.

We begin in the root. Grounded, earthed, present. Feet on Thai soil, salt in the air, the kind of stillness that only arrives when you’ve truly landed somewhere. From there we journey upward, awakening creativity in the sacral, reclaiming power in the solar plexus, cracking the heart wide open, finding our voice, sharpening our vision, until we arrive, on the night of the full moon, at the crown. That luminous, expansive connection to something greater than ourselves that we spend so much of ordinary life brushing past.

This is not a passive week. We explore. We adventure. We dive into yoga philosophy, ancient wisdom, and the kind of deep conversations that stay with you long after you’ve left. We move through the lush landscape of Koh Samui, we immerse ourselves in Thai culture, and we let the island be part of the practice.

And the timing is no accident. To complete this journey on the full moon, with the third eye and crown wide open beneath the stars, there is nothing quite like it.

Even if you have journeyed with us before, this week will be entirely unique. The chakra system is not a checklist. It is a living, breathing exploration, and every year, it goes deeper.

THE VILLA

Perched on a clifftop above the Gulf of Thailand, with the sweet scent of frangipani drifting through every room and the sea stretching endlessly before you, this villa is unlike anywhere we have ever held a retreat.

Every bedroom has its own sea view. Two infinity pools cascade toward the horizon. A private beach sits below. There is a dedicated yoga shala for our daily practice, a treatment area for your healing sessions, and a small gym for those who like to move in their own time. In-house staff, warm, attentive, and genuinely kind, take care of everything, so you never have to think about anything except being here.

And then there is the food. Our in-house chef has been carefully selected not only for their craft, but for their understanding of our chakra-aligned menu, nourishing each energy centre day by day, while weaving in the flavours and ingredients of Thailand in the most magical way.

Every room in the villa has access to the same extraordinary setting, the pools, the beach, the shala, the chef, the experience. Choose the space that works for you.

The Bunk Room

£1,100 per person The most accessible way to join the journey. A shared dorm space with bunk beds, perfect for the solo traveller who is open to connection and wants to invest their energy in the experience rather than the room. The villa takes care of the rest.

Sea View Twin or King

£1,600 per person Shared with one other retreater, this is a beautiful, light-filled room with direct sea views, waking up to the Gulf of Thailand every morning. A generous, welcoming space that balances comfort with community.

Economy King Suite

£2,250 sole occupancy (Only one available, book early.) A private king suite with partial sea views and all the space to yourself. A calm, comfortable sanctuary to return to each evening. Ideal for those who want their own space at an accessible price point.

Sea View King Suite

£2,600 sole occupancy Your own private clifftop sanctuary. A spacious king suite with full, uninterrupted sea views, the kind you wake up to and can’t quite believe are real. Beautifully appointed, deeply restful, and the ultimate way to experience this week.
